Get on the road

If you are considering beating the traffic and the oil barons then it may be time to get yourself a two wheeler.

Once you have completed your CBT (Compulsory Basic Training), which everybody has to do before going out on the road, you are free to get on a scooter or up to 125cc motorcycle and start riding (with learner plates). This is probably the best way to gain experience before moving onto bigger things and taking the full test to allow you to get on a bigger machine. There are many different ways of ditching your L-Plates (full direct access, restricted licence etc) but experience of riding is extremely important and I would advise any potential riders to do this, even if it's only for a couple of months.

Any questions, just ask :D
